The Hotel Tales Steam page (app 3413800) lists multiple publisher bundles under See all bundles. Adult filters hide rows. As of mid-August 2026 the public page called out Hotel Tales - Deluxe Edition (eight Hotel Tales items), Femboy Futa Hotel (two items), Sex, Secrets & Used Tech x Hotel Tales (two items), and pointed at seven bundles total, including pairings such as Tennis Angels EX x Hotel Tales on third-party store trackers. This page is a checkout map. It does not review the other TopHouse games. It stops you from buying a second universe when you only wanted comics.
Prices move. The base game’s launch -10% (about $13.49) was a launch-window offer. The public US storefront showed $14.99 on August 15–16, 2026. Always read the live item list on Steam.

Decision tree
- I only want Hotel Tales story. Buy the base game. Install through Patch 1.0.7. Ignore every two-game row.
- I want Hotel Tales cosmetics and Nikki comics. Prefer Deluxe or the DLC Catalog singles. Use the DLC Buyer Guide.
- I want both TopHouse hotels. Compare Femboy Futa Hotel against owning each title separately. Then decide Deluxe inside Hotel Tales as a second question.
- I already own Hotel Tales and a random other adult title. A “x Hotel Tales” bundle is only useful if Steam still discounts the missing SKU. Do not buy a bundle that re-adds a game you own unless the store shows a remaining discount on the other item.
- I want new guests and lore. None of these carts. Post-Release Story DLC is still future work.
How to read the Steam row
Open the Hotel Tales store page, expand See all bundles, and disable adult-content filters if a row is missing. Read the item list, not the banner art. A two-game pairing always names the other title; Deluxe always lists eight Hotel Tales SKUs. If a tracker shows seven bundles and your browser shows three, the gap is almost always a filter, not a delist. Third-party stores invent names such as Hotel Tales Release Bundle — treat those as mirrors, not extra official SKUs.
Regional prices and already-owned discounts change the math. Steam subtracts games you own; a bundle that looks cheap can still be a full-price second title. If you only need Comics DLC, stay on the DLC tab. If you are hunting Sea Prince Marsh, buy the base game, not a tennis pairing.
Skins that ride along
The August 10 post named Bella, Lucy, Morgan, Lavo, Nikki, Pasiphea. Those looks are Crossover Cast, not bundle story chapters. Marsh is the guest who “vouches” for the hallway.
