Hotel Tales - Skins Pack is a cosmetic Steam DLC (app 4082180) that launched with the base game on July 31, 2026. The store says it contains 10+ costumes for all the main characters. Typical US price is $2.99. The base game is required. Outfits do not replace route unlocks, Key Phrases, or the 52 achievements. If a door stays shut, buy a better save — not another dress. What the pack is (and is not)

• Is: Extra costumes for the main cast you already meet in retail. Presentation layer for spa, bar, and evening scenes.
• Is not: A new guest roster. Marsh, Solomon, and the Jotun do not become romance-complete because you bought fabric.
• Is not: The FEMBOY FUTA HOUSE pairing. Named looks such as Bella, Lucy, Morgan, Lavo, Nikki, Pasiphea are a crossover checklist, not this SKU’s entire contents.
• Is not: Lady Borealis swimsuit bugfix — that was Patch 1.0.2, free to every owner.

Think of Skins Pack as a gift-shop rack. Wardrobe milestones you earn by working still exist in the base game. The DLC adds more hangers.

Deluxe owners already paid for Skins Pack. Do not add 4082180 on top unless Steam’s cart shows you do not own it. À-la-carte buyers who only care about clothes can skip Artbook, comics, and the OST.

How to see the costumes after purchase

1. Steam → Hotel Tales → DLC tab → confirm Skins Pack is installed.
2. Update through v1.0.7 so Gallery notifications from 1.0.2 still fire when new presentation unlocks.
3. Open the in-game wardrobe / skins UI during a hub, not in the middle of a timed spa stage.
4. If a swimsuit or banner looks wrong, that is often the 1.0.2 Borealis / banner layout fix, not a missing DLC file.
5. Browse local files only if the store copy later points at a Skins folder — this pack is primarily an in-game entitlement, unlike Artbook PDFs.

Crossover names versus this DLC

The August 10 news post told players to watch for Bella, Lucy, Morgan, Lavo, Nikki, Pasiphea showing up “where you’d least expect them.” That marketing sits on Crossover Bundle and Crossover Cast. Buying Skins Pack is still the right à-la-carte SKU for Hotel Tales main-cast costumes. Buying Femboy Futa Hotel is a second game. Mixing those carts is the most expensive way to put cat ears on a screenshot.

Who should buy Skins Pack

Strong fit: you like dressing Pasithea, Laveau, and Nikki and you are not buying Deluxe.

Skip: you have not finished a first route. Cosmetics will not shorten mini-games or fix choice-save issues.

Deluxe shoppers: you already own it. Spend the extra money on patience for story DLC instead.
