Hotel Tales × FEMBOY FUTA HOUSE Bundle

On August 10, 2026, TopHouse posted Two major TopHouse titles - now in one bundle! on Steam News for Hotel Tales (app 3413800). The note is the first post-Patch 1.0.7 store announcement that is not a numbered hotfix: FEMBOY FUTA HOUSE and Hotel Tales are sold together, and the studios remind players that crossover skins already walk both lobbies. Steam’s own product page also lists a two-item bundle named Femboy Futa Hotel (Hotel Tales + FEMBOY FUTA HOUSE) among several publisher bundles. Adult store filters can hide those rows; open the Hotel Tales Steam listing and expand See all bundles rather than trusting a third-party mirror. Prices move. What the August 10 post says

TopHouse’s wording is short and specific:

• The two games are available together as a chance to enter both universes at once.
• Crossover skins already appear where you might not expect them. Named examples in the post: Bella, Lucy, Morgan, Lavo, Nikki, Pasiphea, and others.
• The worlds are connected more closely than they first appear. The post points at Sea Prince Marsh (the Underwater / Sea Prince from the FEMBOY FUTA HOUSE side) as the living proof — the same traveler TopHouse introduced in the November 2025 TopHouse Multiverse at Hotel Tales news when the Prince of the Deep sought refuge at the Hotel Between Worlds.

That last point is not new DLC. It restates a multiverse guest already teased before launch. What is new on August 10 is the commercial bundle plus a reminder to look at skins you may have dismissed as wardrobe fluff.

If you already own Hotel Tales and only want the other TopHouse title, the two-game bundle is a library convenience, not a replacement for Deluxe math. If you already own both games, the news is mostly a skin checklist: open wardrobe in each title and confirm whether Bella, Lucy, Morgan, Lavo, Nikki, or Pasiphea variants unlocked with ownership, a promotion, or a paid pack. Nikki remains the Hotel Tales face most often used in Deluxe comic marketing — see Nikki. Pasiphea / Pasithea spelling varies in TopHouse posts (Waifu Gala used Pasiphae; spa marketing uses Pasithea). Treat them as the same siren unless a future patch splits the names. Deep spa notes live on Pasithea.

Sea Prince Marsh and guest quests

The November 2025 multiverse post introduced the Underwater Prince as a guest who crossed from FEMBOY FUTA HOUSE: sea-foam presentation, a heavy secret, and collectible character cards for players who take his quests. August 10’s joke that Marsh can vouch for the connection is marketing, not a new patch note. In retail you should still:

1. Talk to unusual guests during check-in rather than rushing to a staff evening.
2. Finish guest request chains if you want collectible cards.
3. Watch Night Events if a traveler’s room starts behaving like a portal.

Do not expect the two-game bundle to import FEMBOY FUTA HOUSE saves into Hotel Tales. They remain separate apps.

Other Steam bundles on the same store row

The Hotel Tales page currently surfaces several publisher bundles besides Deluxe and Femboy Futa Hotel, including Sex, Secrets & Used Tech x Hotel Tales. Those are checkout shortcuts, not extra story chapters. Read each bundle’s item list on Steam before assuming you receive Animations Pack or comics. The DLC Catalog remains the à-la-carte map.

The introductory -10% on the base game was a launch-window offer (wiki copies through mid-August). As of August 15, 2026 the public store widget listed the base game at $14.99 without that markdown. Regional carts differ — verify before you buy.

How this news should change your week

You only play Hotel Tales. Ignore the second game. Install through Patch 1.0.7, then use Post-Launch Checklist. Open wardrobe after any DLC install so Gallery notifications from Patch 1.0.2 can fire.

You want both universes. Compare the two-game bundle against owning each title separately. Then decide Deluxe inside Hotel Tales as a second question.

You chase cosmetics. Screenshot wardrobe before and after the bundle entitles. Cross-read Collectibles so you do not confuse guest cards with FFH skins.

You chase story. This announcement does not ship the 80k-wishlist story expansion. Keep Post-Release Story DLC on your Steam follow list.
