There are no official redeem codes. Here is what actually works — and what will break a finale.
Hotel Tales has no official codes, no in-game redeem box, and no sanctioned trainer. Searches for “Hotel Tales codes” or “Hotel Tales cheats” usually come from Roblox-wiki habits or from sites that scrape empty cheat tables. This page is the honest map: what TopHouse ships, what Steam already gives you, and why editing the JSON in GameSaves is a bad idea after Patch 1.0.3.

Steam Cloud quota is about 19 MB and 200 files. That is enough for many JSON slots. It is not a cheat engine.
Why this wiki will not publish trainers
Hotel Tales stores route flags in local *.json saves under LocalLow\TopHouse\Hotel Tales\GameSaves. Editing those files can:
- Desync the flags 1.0.3 just made honest
- Recreate the coin reset 1.0.7 already fixed
- Break Steam achievement unlocks that the day-one patch wired up
- Corrupt Cloud sync so a second PC loads an older slot
We do not document field names, unlock bytes, or third-party injectors. If a site offers a “Hotel Tales cheat table,” treat it as malware risk plus a ruined finale.
Mods
As of late August 2026 there is no official mod kit and no Nexus-style endorsed pack from TopHouse. Unity titles sometimes attract texture swaps; those are unsupported and can break the 1.1.4 dinner animations or Pino’s detach scene. If you still experiment:
- Copy the whole
GameSavesfolder first. - Verify integrity in Steam after any failed launch.
- Do not ask Steam Support to repair a hex-edited ending.
Workshop is not enabled for app 3413800.
What people confuse with cheats
- Key Phrases are a designed economy, not a console command. Collect them — Key Phrases.
- Map talks after 1.1.4 look like free affinity. They are optional gossip, not a god mode.
- Deluxe comics are reading material, not unlock keys for retail scenes.

Safer “I missed something” path
- Update to build 24786597.
- Restore a pre-evening JSON backup.
- Replay the board or the date.
- If the Gallery is the only hole, use the end-of-route window.
- If an achievement never pops, confirm the day-one Steam integration, then see Troubleshooting.
That path keeps Cloud, achievements, and Paulo’s flags intact.
